Right of goal he got tremendous dip and swerve to sent a shot arching over the wall and into the top left corner. Hamsik, who has gone off the boil since returning from injury (and being rotated) split the Genoa defence with a great pass to Higuain and he lifted a delicate lob over Perrin as he dived at his feet. Calaio, who is on loan from Napoli, beat Reina all ends up with a brilliant free kick.

After the match Benitez claimed Napoli were missing something which is Benitez talk for we need more players.

Toni put the visitors three goals up in first time injury time from an Iturbe centre. Livorno hit back with two goals within a minute. Paulinho hammered a shot into the bottom right corner from the edge of the penalty box and as Verona were still recovering Livorno raced upfield, Paulinho touched a pass back to Greco and he whipped a first time shot into the top left corner. SAMPDORIA 0
MILAN 2 (Taarabt 12, Rami 58)

This was by far Milan's best performance under Seedorf and it cannot be a coincidence that the lazy shit Robinho, past it Kaka' and disinterested Balotelli were not playing AND that the unfairly criticised Constant started. Taarabt scored the first, heading in his own rebound after Honda swung over a cross to the back post. Milan worked a short corner and Pazzini illegally took out Sampdoria goalkeeper Da Costa to leave Rami with a free header. Lopez earned himself two yellow cards within a minute for arguing with the ref. Amelia floored Eder as he ran in on goal - no penalty.

LAZIO 3 (Radu 36, Klose 74, Radu 83)
SASSUOLO 2 (Floccari 72, Floro Flores 79 fk)

Radu opened the scoring with one of his trademark nuclear strikes from 30 yards, a wondrous shot which kissed the inside of the left post before hitting the back of the net. Lazio reject Floccari equalised after good work from Berardi and Magnanelli. Ziegler lost a ball in midfield, slipped and injured himself while trying to recover from Gonzalez and he slipped in Klose to make it 2-1. Floro Flores equalised again with a brilliant free kick. Radu became the unlikely math winner when his cross evaded everyone and spun past Pegolo although it looked as if Cannavaro may have got the final touch.
