NAPOLI 2 (Higuain 14 Pen, Higuain 32 Pen)
TORINO 0
Charitable refereeing gave Napoli their first penalty and a handball their second. Napoli will face their second test of the season next week at Fiorentina. A battle between good and evil.

CHIEVO 1 (Cesar 13)
FIORENTINA 2 (Cuadrado 45, Cuadrado 64)
Cesar headed in a superb cross to give Chievo the lead. Cuadrado raced through into the box on a counter attack, dropped a defender with a sharp turn then stroked the ball into the bottom right corner at the end of the first half and mid-way through the second played a one-two with Rossi before hitting the winner.

JUVENTUS 2 (Vidal 23 Pen, Tevez 36)
GENOA 0
Asamoah dived to win the opening penaltie. Referees should be wise to his tricks by now because he's one of the most appalling cheats in the game. A sharp turn took Tevez away from a defender en route to the second.

PARMA 3 (Parolo 11, Cassano 46, Parolo 94 fk)
MILAN 2 (Matri 61, Silvestre 63)
Parolo turned in a rebound after a team-mate's shot came back off Abate. Cassano predictably scored against his former club when he held off the big woman Montolivo to convert Parolo's centre. Matri finally opened his Milan account when he ran onto a deflected pass. Silvestre also scored his first Milan goal, heading in a rebound after a Zapata effort came back off the crossbar. The great hope Saponara finally made his Milan debut 6 minutes from time but Parma struck the decisive blow when Parolo fired a free kick into the bottom left corner.

INTER 4 (Moras 9 og, Palacio 12, Cambiasso 38, Rolando 56)
VERONA 2 (Martinho 32, Romulo 71)
Jonathan fired a shot through a ruck of players and it went in off Moras. I no longer understand how they determine what is and isn't an own goal. Inter's second also followed a corner. Martinho ran through onto a deflection to briefly get Verona back in the game but Cambiasso tapped in an awful Palacio shot to restore Inter's two goal lead. Rolando scored Inter's fourth after Verona again shit the bed on a corner. Romulo scored from a Toni lay-off but Inter were never in danger of letting this one slide.
