Veracruz took the control from the beginning and with one minute of play
Rodriguez tap in the cross. Matute caught out the Atlas defence with a
presicion long ball to Madrigal who dribbled past his defender sent a past to
Casartelli who first time shot to the corner left post beat the keeper. Matute
header seal the victory for Veracruz who was their first of the season. 


MONTERREY			3-1			TOLUCA

Zinha opened the scoring with the best goal of the round, Morales cross the
ball into the box were Zinha jump over the defender and scored with a
rightfooted shot. De Nigris headed in Arrellanos cross for the equaliser.
Ervitti dropped a ball in front of Franco he let the ball bounce once and then
volleyed over the keeper. Arrellano sent a through ball to De Nigris who
entered the box dribbled past the keeper and scored. 


MORELIA			2-0			PUEBLA

Saavedra one of the new players who came into the club this summer scored
in the third minute of the game to give Morelia the lead after his first attempt
was block. A brilliant combination between Iniguez and Bautista lead to the
second goal when he curled the ball past Campos. 


SAN LUIS			0-0			TECOS

Tecos had more control of the ball they also had more chances to score but
their profligacy in front of the net allowed San Luis to steal a point. 


NECAXA				3-1			CHIAPAS

Just one minute into the game Yegros gave Chiapas the lead with a diving
header. Barros beat the offside trap to scored his first goal of the season.
Terrible clearance by Marquez allow Zague to volley the ball into a empty
net. Aguinaga dribbled down the leftside sent a past to Perez who was
coming behind him his first time shot past the keeper. 


PACHUCA			0-2			CELAYA

Torre dribbled down the rightside enter the box sent a back past to Cagna
who first time shot beat Calero to gave Celaya the lead. They try to increase
their lead in the second half but they blew many chances until injury time
when Claudinho powerful volley shot past Calero. 


QUERETARO			1-1			PUMAS
Garcia 77						Trujillo 88

Queretaro was the best team in the game they attack from the beginning.
Garcia wasted the only chance that  Queretaro had in the half. The other
Garcia put then ahead in the second half with a first time shot. In the final
minutes they were rob from a victory after the referee fabricate a penalty.
Trujillo converted the penalty spot. 


AMERICA			4-1			ATLANTE

America is the best team in the league they show why. Villa dribbled down the
center cross the ball into the box were Maturin headed into his own net.
Serafin beat his defender to the ball with a rightfooted past Rios. Castro gave
America the lead again with a diving header from a corner kick. In the last
play of the first half Blaco scored from a brilliant free kick no chance for the
keeper. Zamorano scored on a breakaway with a rightfooted shot. 


GUADALAJARA			4-0			TIGERS

Medina began the slaugther with a free kick that was deflected into the net.
Ramirez stepped inside Suarez and try for the right top corner the ball hit
the post the rebound cameback to Mora who just tap in. This inspire
Mendoza to dribbled past two defenfer and the keeper to scored four minutes
later. Bravo one of the best young players the league has  headed in Ramirez
cross.


CRUZ AZUL			3-1			SANTOS

Abreu 67, 90

One of the most exciting game of the round because both teams attack from
the beginning. Caniza put Santos ahead with a diving header. Two minutes
later Borgetti goal didn't count he was offside. Pinheiro slotted the ball into the
bottom corner for the equaliser. Palencia receive the ball turn around dropped
a ball in front of Abreu who chipped the ball over. He scored his second of the
game oa a breakaway play volleyed the ball over the onrushing keeper.
