All of the action took place in the second half.Cardozo headed in Garcias cross
to put Toluca ahead. Garcia first time shot from ten yards away beat Cristante.
Pardo scored from a free kick to cut the lead in half.In the final minute of the
game America had the  equaliser but Zamarano header hit the post.


TECOS				2-1			PUEBLA

Sanchez pounced on a mix-up in the Tecos defence to give Puebla the lead.
Navia brialliant header was the equaliser.Tecos were awarded a penalty kick
when Aspe hauled down Navia Bautista weak spot kick was saved the only
to react was Resendiz who tap in the rebound.

Cruz Azul scored three times in a 17-minute span. Zepeda headed in the corner
kick just fifty seconds into the game.Pinheiro scored at the second attempt
after his initial effort had been blocked. Abreu left footed the ball past the
keeper. In the second half Atlas came back first Osorno scored from ten
yards away. Briseno headed in the cross just twenty seconds later Cruz Azul
scored one more went Macias scored own goal.


MONTEREY			0-3			MORELIA

Their was only one team in this game because Monterey didn't show anything.
Gavilan put Morelia ahead with a shot to the left post to beat the keeper.
Noriega scored twice first from a shot to the right of the keeper then from the
penalty spot for a well deserve victory.


PACHUCA			0-3			NECAXA

Just before half time Necaxa took the lead courtesy of Gonzalez penalty spot.
In the second half Martinez first time shot beat the keeper five minutes later
Luna scored to finish Pachuca.


CELAYA				2-1			ATLANTE

Celaya needed this victory because they are fighting relagation. Soto scored
from a right footed shot to the left of the keeper. Bad clearance by the
defence help Latorre to dribbled past the keeper and scored. In the final
minutes of the game Trotta scored from a free kick.


PUMAS				2-1			VERACRUZ

Muller chested the ball to Nieto who first time shot beat the keeper. Trujillo
scored from the penalty spot after Emmerson was brought down. Veracruz
only goal was scored by sarkissias from ten yards away brilliant goal.


GUADALAJARA			0-0			SANTOS

None of the teams show anything the only good news for Santos is that they
have not lost in Guadalajara home since 1996.


TIGERS				3-2			LEON

Tigers who mostly controlled the action throughout the game broke the deadlock
in the 22 minute when Suarez headed in the corner kick. Five minutes later
Ochoa also scored from a header. Just before the half time Espinosa headed
the ball over the onrushing keeper to scored. Esqueda headed in the cross for
the equaliser. Sancho volleyed the ball over the keeper to put Tigers ahead for
good.
