Ibrahimovic released Menez with a disguised pass and jogged into the box while Menez dribbled in between Puljic and Simunic before pulling back a centre for the giant Swede. Menez blasted a low shot in off Dinamo goalkeeper Kelava's legs.

Varela fired Porto into an early lead with a punishing shot from just inside the box. Husyev headed in an excellent Veloso corner to equalise. Martinez punished a mix-up between Khacheridi and his goalkeeper to restore Porto's lead but Dynamo Kyiv equalised again when Ideye bounced a Yarmolenko cross off his shoulder before lashing a volley into the roof of Helton's net. Maicon fired an excellent pass in between two defenders to Gonzalez, a drop of the shoulder bought him a yard on Khacheridi and Martinez tapped in his centre.

Following a spot of head Tennis Huntelaar tuned away from Mertesacker onto Affelay's pass and rifled a shot wide of Mannone. Jones made a strong run deep into Arsenal territory before passing out wide to Farfan and Affelay tapped in his centre at the back post.
Arsenal's first UCL loss against European opposition in 10 years.

Utaka headed back a longball and the wonderfully named Charbonnier smashed a left foot volley past Carroll. The Montpellier defence ball watched Torosidis control a cross before equalising. Abdoun outmuscled Yanga-Mbiwa on the right flank before running into the box and centring for Mitroglou's winner.

Nasri fired a gorgeous Milner pass inside the right corner. Siem de Jong ran across goal onto van Rhijn's centre and slammed a first time shot past Hart. Moisander jumped above the ever awful Lescott to head Ajax into the lead and Eriksen ensured Ajax claimed their first major scalp in years via a deflection. Man City were bloody awful.

Kehl intercepted Pepe's dreadful ball out of defence and sent Lewandowski between Real Madrid's centrebacks for the opener. Our joy was short-lived however as the Bundesliga high line gifted Ronaldo the equaliser less than 2 minutes later. Casillas feebly slapped a cross to the edge of the box and Schmelzer volleyed it inside the right post.
