I was checking soccerway for this weeks Bundesliga results, to see how Wolfsburg did, then checked the Champions League scores at full time just in case they carried attendances (they didn't) but what did I see? Assists for penalties!

Cisse flicked on a goalkick with an extravagant back heal volley, sending Govou clear of the Barca defence to score a shock opener. The Pana defence ball watched Messi run onto a Xavi through pass to equalise. Villa tapped Barca in front after Busquets headed on a corner. Only two tall players in the box to mark and the Greeks still screwed that up. Messi danced through the Pana defence to make it 3-1 heading into the break. Messi blew the chance of a guaranteed hat-trick with an awful penalty. Pedro tapped in a fourth after Messi hit the inside of a post. Alves HEADED in a fifth from a sublime Messi return pass.
