BOLOGNA 1 (Gilardino 9)
PESCARA 1 (Quintero 40)

The Gilardino renaissance continued when he turned in a deflected cross. 19 year old Colombian international midfielder Quintero equalised with a fantastic free kick. Diamanti, normally perfect from the penalty spot, missed a chance to take all three points. Perin was sent off for a last man foul on Gilardino and former Roma goalkeeper Pelizzoli came off the bench to make a brilliant save low down to his right.

Attendance : 22,419
Red Card : Perin 63 (Pescara)
Assists : n/a, Colucci (won fk)

INTER 0
SIENA 2 (Vergassola 73, Valiani 92)

Inter would have been three goals up in the first half but for Pegolo who made excellent saves twice from Sneijder and Ranocchia. More chances went begging before Siena struck. A simple one-two between Calaio and Vergassola saw the veteran midfielder run past the hapless Juan and angle a shot into the bottom left corner. Despite going a goal behind Inter failed to put the Siena goal under sustained pressure and Siena added a second. Calaio released Sestu down the right and with Juan not putting him under any pressure (as usual) he swung in a cross and Valiani headed in at the back post.

Like neighbours Milan, Inter have yet to win at the San Siro this season. Stramaccioni isn't under any pressure yet, due to good away form, but Inter's defence is a shambles, they've conceded 5 goals in 2 home games, 7 in 3 if you include the Europe league.

Attendance : 40,357
Assists : Calaio, Sestu

UDINESE 2 (Ranegie 40, Di Natale 68 Pen)
MILAN 1 (El Shaarawy 54)

Benatia headed on a free kick and Abbiati came off his line to challenge the giant Swedish striker, 6ft 5in Mathias Ranegie and failed spectacularly as the ball bounced into an empty net. El Shaarawy scored his third Serie A goal - all have been against Udinese, with a brilliant first time shot from 20 yards. Former Udinese defender Zapata was sent off for bringing down Ranegie and Boateng followed ten minutes from time after wrestling with Pereyra.

Attendance : 18,000
Red Cards : Zapata 67 (Milan), Boateng 83 (Milan)
Assists : Benatia, Pazzini, Ranegie (won pen)

LAZIO 0
GENOA 1 (Borriello 79)

PARMA 1 (Valdes 93 Pen)
FIORENTINA 1 (Roncaglia 20)

Argentinean defender Roncaglia gave Fiorentina the lead with a spectacular shot from 30 yards. Roncaglia bundled over Biabiany to concede a penalty but Viviano saved Valdes' weak spot kick. Fiorentina were awarded a penalty of their own, completely against the run of play, but Jovetic mimicked Valdes with an awful shot and Mirante saved. Luca Toni conceded a last minute penalty with an idiotic, blatant handball and this time Valdes made no mistake.

Attendance : 16,750
Red Card : Rosi 87 (Parma)
Assists : Valero, n/a

JUVENTUS 2 (Quagliarella 63, 68)
CHIEVO 0

Chievo held on until just past the hour mark. Quagliarella scored the first of his two goals with a spectacular overhead kick from Giaccherini's corner. Five minutes later he hit Asamoah's pass against Dainelli, rode the bounce of the ball and Sorrentino parried his shot into the corner.

Juve's first real examination will come on Tuesday against Fiorentina though they're far ahead of the other sides in Serie A.

Attendance : 38,369
Assists : Giaccherini (ck), n/a
