PESCARA 0
MILAN 4 (Balotelli 10 Pen, Muntari 33, Flamini 51, Balotelli 57)

Muntari volleyed Robinho's free kick into the ground and the ball bounced over Perin. Robinho chased down Zauri (that's what a spell on the bench does), he slipped and Robinho ran into the box and crossed for Flamini to volley in the third. Balotelli turned onto a Flamini pass and from a tight angle hammered a shot into the roof of the net.

PALERMO 2 (Miccoli 34 Pen, Hernandez 81)
UDINESE 3 (Muriel 10, Angella 64, Benatia 83)

Silva hit a longball to Muriel into space down the left and he made Dossena look like an arse as he stepped inside before shooting over Sorrentino. Heurtaux folded Miccoli to concede the penalty. Angella restored Udinese's lead with a spectacular, back breaking diving header from Di Natale's corner. Hernandez equalised with a shot from 25 yards before dancing (men who dance are benders) but his celebrations were short-lived as two minutes later Sorrentino spilled a shot that was easier to put out for a corner and Basta pulled the ball back for Benatia to score the winner and crush Palermo's hopes of securing Serie A survival.

Assists : Silva, Miccoli (won pen), Di Natale, Morganella, Basta

INTER 1 (Alvarez 34)
LAZIO 3 (Handanovic 22 og, Hernanes 48 Pen, Onazi 77)

I guess it was inevitable given Inter's confidence sapping run of results even the normally dependent Handanovic would be effected. He punched Candreva's cross into his own net. Alvarez equalised with a powerful header, taking a whack in the chops in the process. Ranocchia fouled Floccari to concede the penalty in first half injury time. 20 year old Nigerian midfield Onazi scored his first Serie A goal with a stunning right foot shot from 30 yards that ripped into the top right corner of Handanovic's net.

Attendance : 47,000

SAMPDORIA 1 (De Silvestri 36)
CATANIA 1 (Spolli 68)

De Silvestri, the former Lazio, Fiorentina and Italy youth international who has fell off the radar, scored his first goal for Sampdoria from Renan's cross. A terrible mistake by Sampdoria's dodgy goalkeeper gifted Catania the equaliser. He ran off his line as Bergessio swung in a free kick then tripped over as he backtracked having overshot and Spolli headed into an empty net.

Attendance : 23,000
Assists : Renan, Bergessio

Hamsik fired Napoli in front from the edge of the box. Stojanovic tripped Cavani to concede the penalty. Cavani bulldozed his way into the box and fell over, the ball broke for Dzemaili and he fired past the giant Austrian.
