ATALANTA 4 (Marilungo 10, Denis 19, Denis 47, Denis 66)
ROMA 1 (Borini 36)

Denis held off Juan to flick a longball inside Heinz and Marilungo, who had hit the woodwork with a brilliant solo effort minutes later, raced clear before opening up his body and shooting into the bottom corner. Gago chopped down an Atalanta player as a team-mate sold him short on a pass, the ref played the advantage, Atalanta raced forward on a 2 v 2 break, Denis, right of centre, passed to Moralez, who was left of centre, then ran across the Roma defence on Moralez' lovely reverse pass and smacked the ball into a corner. Lovely counter attack, even better movement. Osvaldo drove a shot into Borini's left shin and the soon to be Italy international showed hair trigger instincts to turn and shoot past Consigli. At only 20 it's a hell of a season from the player wasted by Chelsea.

Denis restored Atalanta's lead after Marilungo twice humiliated Heinze in the same passage of play. In fact Heinze was lucky not to see red for kicking out at Marilungo who shrugged off the foul before setting up Denis. Osvaldo was sent off for kicking Cigarini. Cigarini sent an Audio Cassetti hospital pass between Heinze and another covering defender for his hat-trick goal. Cassetti was later sent off for verbal abuse.

Looking strong Luis? No.

Attendance : 16,000
Red Card : Osvaldo 54 (Roma), Cassetti 82 (Roma)
Assists : Denis, Moralez, Osvaldo, Marilungo, Cigarini

CAGLIARI 1 (Larrivey 50 Pen)
LECCE 2 (Muriel 44, Bertolacci 62)

Giacomazzi fell as he hit a longball down the left to Muriel, Muriel ran through Canini's sliding tackle, touched the ball to his right as he made his way into the box then curled a shot into the bottom right corner. Brilliant goal, what a talent. Cagliari were awarded a penalty for a handling offence. Another of Lecce's loan signings, 21 year old Roma midfielder Bertolacci, spun onto Muriel's knockdown to fire in the winner after Cagliari failed to deal with a throw-in.

Attendance : 6,000
Red Card : Canini 83 (Cagliari)
Assists : Giacomazzi, n/a, Muriel

CATANIA 3 (Bergessio 30, Marchese 47, Gomez 54)
NOVARA 1 (Rubino 84)

Bergessio tapped in a Barrientos centre. Lodi sliced through a corner (he was looking towards the penalty area) the ball took a high arc over the box and Marchese caught it on the drop with a spectacular left foot volley. Gomez wrapped up the points via a deflection. Rubinho tapped in a consolation goal from a Rigoni assist.

Attendance : 13,250
Assists : Barrientos, Lodi (ck), n/a, Rigoni

SIENA 4 (Terzi 23 Pen, Bogdani 34, Rossettini 46, Brienza 58 fk)
PALERMO 1 (Budan 12)

I didn't see the red card. Budan headed Palermo into the lead from a Miccoli corner but Palermo collapsed after conceding the equaliser from the penalty spot. Destro outmuscled Munoz before running clear down the left and Bogdani turned in his centre. Brienza set up the third with a free kick before scoring the fourth via the same route, hammering home a left footed shot to complete the rout.

Attendance : 8,604
Red Card : Balzaretti 2 (Palermo)
Assists : Miccoli (ck), Brienza (won pen), Brienza (fk), Destro (won fk)

BOLOGNA 1 (Kone 81)
UDINESE 3 (Di Natale 38 Pen, Basta 56, Floro Flores 84)

Di Natale scored from a bullshit penalty. A Bologna defence should have cleared a pass intended for Basta but the Serb ran through a feeble challenge and skipped another before lobbing over Viviano. Kone pulled a goal back from close range after Di Vaio headed down an overhit cross but Floro Flores put paid to hopes of a comeback when he rifled in a low volley.

Attendance : 16,209
Assists : Di Natale (won pen), n/a, Di Vaio, Basta

GENOA 2 (Palacio 78, Palacio 96)
PARMA 2 (Gobbi 6, Floccari 53)

Gobbi, which mean cauliflower in Hindi languages, steered in a loose ball after Genoa failed to clear a sixth minute free kick. Biabiany lead a counter attack, he passed out wide to Giovinco, his shot cannoned off the inside of the right post and Floccari was first to the rebound. A harsh handball decision got Genoa back in the match. Palacio's penalty was saved but he scored on the rebound. In the 96th minute Jorquera slalomed his way between two players before threading a pass through to Palacio who beat the offside trap before side footing past Mirante. Where the ref got 6 minutes of injury time form is anyone's guess but on the balance of play Genoa deserved at least a point.

Attendance : 19,300
Red Card : Lucarelli 97 (Parma)
Assists : n/a, n/a, n/a, Jorquera

MILAN 1 (Nocerino 14)
JUVENTUS 1 (Matri 83)

Nocerino scored via a huge deflection off Bonucci, wrong footing Buffon in goal. Milan were jobbed out of a second goal from a corner. Buffon made a fantastic point blank save from Mexes, Muntari headed the rebound a good foot over the line, the ref pointed to the centre circle then one of the linesman (obviously the one Moggi got to) told him the ball wasn't over. Amid the protests Juventus broke and Estigarribia forced a save from Abbiati. Milan bullied Juventus in midfield without creating anymore noteworthy chances. In the second half Milan began to tire. Abbiati dived at Quagliarella's feet after the immense Chiellini put in a centre from the left. Antonini, who shouldn't be playing now that Milan have a decent left back (Mesbah), lost the ball on the left, he turned to the ref to complain while running infield leaving his position like a fucking idiot, Pepe crossed and fellow substitute Matri equalised. Vidal was sent off for going through the back of Van Bommel. There was a scuffle at full time, with Ambrosini heavily involved.

Ibrahimovic gets a 3 game ban for a love tap but Juventus spend weeks shit stirring in a calculated and deliberate attempt to put pressure on referees and the FIGC does nothing. Conte should get a 3 game touchline ban and Juventus warned over future conduct. Speaking of bans, Mexes was given 3 games for punching Borriello in the kidneys.

Attendance : 69,208
Red Card : Vidal 89 (Juventus)
Assists : n/a, Pepe
