INTER 3 (Pandev 6, Samuel 20, Milito 47)
CAGLIARI 0

Eto'o returned to the Inter starting line-up and his sixth minute shot took deflections off two Cagliari players before landing at the feet of Pandev, 1-0. Samuel headed in the second from Maicon's corner. A beautiful one-two between Eto'o and Pandev saw Milito burst into the Cagliari box and side foot past Agazzi, who was making his Serie A debut at the age of 25.

Pandev's signing not only seals the scudetto for Inter but is also bad news for Balotelli who is once again in the doghouse following an argument with Mourinho after last weeks' Coppa Italian semi-final against Fiorentina. Not even Mourinho can tame that idiot.

SIENA 1 (Maccarone 82)
SAMPDORIA 2 (Gastaldello 3, Pozzi 77)

Gastaldello headed Samp into a third minute lead after Pozzi forced a corner. Pratali should have dealt with a longball into the Siena half but took an age to clear as the ball bounced and Pozzi mugged him and shot into the empty net past Curci who had strayed off his line. Maccarone flicked a cross away from a defender, bounced the ball off his chest and drove a left foot shot in off a post.

Even if Siena pull off another improbable Houdini act it's hard to imagine Maccarone will be at the club next season. He's a very talented striker and would be an ideal, cheap option for the likes of Sampdoria, Roma and Fiorentina. The Siena fans set fire to their seats during the match. It must have been really cold.

No Cassano for the third week running and a third successive victory. Samp leapfrog Juve and are back in the hunt for could be one of the most hotly contested battles for a Champions League place in many, many years - just six points separate Napoli in 4th from Bari in 10th.

Attendance : 11,000

UDINESE 3 (Di Natale 7, Di Natale 91, Di Natale 93)
NAPOLI 1 (Maggio 21)

There was a minor skirmish between the two sets of fans en route to the stadium.

Udinese, who hadn't won a league game since November, took the lead from a bullshit 7th minute penalty which Di Natale scored on the rebound. Maggio, who 'fouled' Asamoah to concede the penalty, equalised when he nutmegged Handanovic after he saved from Denis. Quagliarella thumped a header against the crossbar, Maggio intercepted from Isla as he tried to run the ball clear and threw himself over the defenders legs looking for a penalty, the ref showed him a second yellow for diving. Napoli held out until injury time. Di Natale volleyed in a loose ball and completed his hat-trick (against his home town club) on the break.

Napoli's first league defeat under Mazzarri.

PALERMO 2 (Cavani 62, Simplicio 87)
PARMA 1 (Biabiany 72)

Miccoli banged in a free kick from the left, Cavani leapt in the air and sent a header looping into the top right corner, fantastic goal. Parma scored a chicken shit equaliser. Galloppa jumped into Cavani with a two footed scissors tackle on the edge of the Parma penalty area, Parma broke as the ref (Pierpaoli) ignored the home sides protests for a free kick, the ball was eventually played into Biabiany who finished with a curling shot into the bottom corner. Justice was served three minutes from time when Simplicio, who made his name at Parma, met Miccoli's centre with a thumping first time drive which left Mirante rooted.

Attendance : 22,252
Assists : Miccoli, Castellini, Miccoli

LIVORNO 1 (Filippini 26)
JUVENTUS 1 (Legrottaglie 42)

Midget Filippini beat the giant Juve defenders to a cross at the back post and headed Livorno into the lead. According to football-italia.net Legrottaglie headed in the equaliser from a Diego corner. How you confuse a corner with a 35 yard free kick is a mystery. Melo's miserable season continued, he was shown a second yellow for body checking Diniz.

Attendance : 14,867
Red Card : Melo 82 (Juventus)
Assists : Vitale, Diego (fk)
