Red Cards : Nedved 94 (Juventus)

ATALANTA 2 (Adriano 46, Doni 67 Pen)
TORINO 2 (Ventola 76, Motta 86)

Lanna's slipped as he tried to track Brazilian winger Adriano's run onto a Zampagna pass and his early left foot shot left flew past Sereni. Torino should have been dead and buried after conceding a penalty and having a defender sent off for his protests but Rosina inspired his side to a remarkable comeback. He released full back Comotto and his cross struck Ventola's chest before bouncing under Coppola. The Atalanta defence lazily played offside as Ventola met Rosina's cross, Coppola saved but former Atalanta defender Marco Motta fired the rebound into an empty net.

Attendance : 10,962
Red Card : Natali 65 (Torino)
Assists : Zampagna, Zampagna (won pen), Comotto, n/a

CAGLIARI 1 (Matri 46)
CATANIA 1 (Terlizzi 11)

Terlizzi headed Catania into the lead from Mascara free kick. In the first minute of the second half Matri met Fini's cross with a glancing header to equalise.

A firework was thrown at/near Cagliari midfielder Antonino D'Agostino at the end of the match as the team celebrated with the HOME fans. He was diagnosed with acoustic trauma at hospital. Needless to say Cagliari are in deep trouble. Fireworks are banned following the Calciopoli riots.

Attendance : 10,000
Assists : Mascara (fk), Fini

FIORENTINA 3 (Pazzini 15, Mutu 31, Vieri 71)
SIENA 0

Pazzini first goal since the opening day of the season was a stunner. Frey booted a goal kick deep into the Siena half, the defence failed to clear, Semioli headed the ball towards Pazzini as he ran into the box, it bounced off his chest and he recovered brilliantly to hook a volley into the top right corner. Pazzini back heeled Pasquale's cross into the path of Mutu and Eleftheropoulos let his tame shot trickle inside the post. Super sub Vieri added a third on the break.

Attendance : 28,000
Assists : Semioli, Pazzini, Semioli

SAMPDORIA 3 (Montella 26, Bellucci 47 fk, Bellucci 59)
PARMA 0

Montella was credited with the opening goal though it looked as if Parma's Daniele Dessena got the decisive touch on Zenoni's cross. Bellucci made it 2-0 with a brilliant right foot free kick and grabbed a second when he turned in a loose ball after midget Bucci saved brilliantly from Sala.

Attendance : 13,000
Assist : n/a, Sammarco (won fk), n/a

UDINESE 1 (Asamoah 65)
PALERMO 1 (Amauri 17)

Bresciano juggled a ball and slipped a pass to Amauri who ran between three defenders and beat Handanovic with a first time shot. Asamoah turned Italy centre back Barzagli (who is rubbish) inside out twice, once on the edge of the box and once inside, before thumping the ball into the bottom right corner.

Attendance : 13,000
Assist : Bresciano, Di Natale

ROMA 4 (Totti 30 Pen, Perrotta 41, De Rossi 52, Garic 80 og)
NAPOLI 4 (Lavezzi 2, Hamsik 46, Gargano 64, Zalayeta 84)

Due to fears over crowd trouble only Roma's season ticket holders were allowed into the stadium. Lavezzi scored his first goal since his incredible performance against Udinese in week 2 and it was a great strike from a tight angle. Totti equalised from the penalty spot then stung Iezzo'o palms with a 20 yard drive and Perrotta put away the rebound. Pizarro bottled out of a challenge for a cross with Zalayeta and Hamsik fired the ball inside Curci's right hand post. Iezzo flapped at another long range shot to hand the advantage back to the hosts. 23 year old Walter Gargano made it 3-3 with the pick of the goals, a stunning drive which curled away from Curci into the top left corner. Iezzo was again beaten by distance though on this occasion team-mate Garic's deflection left him no chance on Pizarro's free kick. Zalayeta took advantage of abysmal marking to head Hamsik's free kick past Curci.

That's one win the last five league games for Roma though they should get their faltering title challenge back on track against Milan at the San Siro next weekend - Ronaldo won't be back until the mid-week round of games.

Attendance : 27,000
Assists : Zalayeta, Pizarro (won pen), n/a, Zalayeta, Pizarro, ?, n/a, Hamsik (fk)
