ATALANTA 4 (Doni 13, Doni 31, Floccari 37, Capelli 53)
SAMPDORIA 1 (Volpi 3)

Six Atalanta players charged at Volpi as he ran onto a deflected cross, instead of striking the ball first time he took a touch then sent the ball curling over their heads into the top left corner, fantastic strike. Doni levelled with a great header from a Langella cross and tapped in his 10th goal of the season after Castelazzi was floored by Manfredini's blistering drive. Langella intercepted a pass deep in his own half and ran a good 60 yards before passing to Doni. Three defenders made a bee-line for Doni, he gave the ball back to Langella and he hung up a cross to the back post for Floccari to powerfully head home Atalanta's third.

CATANIA 1 (Spinesi 63)
MILAN 1 (Pato 55)

Pato received possession left of centre about 35 yards from goal, he stepped inside two defenders as they backed off, took another step forward and hit a perfect low drive inside the bottom left corner. The absolutely rubbish Brocchi failed to get tight on Vargas and Spinesi lost Maldini to head in the equaliser from Vargas' cross. The Peruvian midfield had another tremendous game. Everyone is going to scramble for his signature at the end of the season and he won't be cheap.

Attendance : 21,000
Assists : Inzaghi, Vargas

GENOA 2 (Sculli 41, Borriello 75 Pen)
NAPOLI 0

Juric hit a first time centre, from a Borriello back heel into Sculli, he turned into two defenders and fired a shot between their legs and inside Gianello's near post. Boriello's fifth penalty of the season took him top of the Serie A goalscoring charts and probably earned him an end of season recall to Milan.

Attendance : 27,000
Red Card : Domizzi 74 (Napoli)
Assists : Juric, Borriello (won pen)

INTER 1 (Zanetti 88)
ROMA 1 (Totti 38)

A fantastic goal gave Roma a deserved lead at the San Siro. Vucinic collected a pass from Tonetto with his back to play, he feigned to run forward before putting on the breaks, sending Maicon running the wrong way, he ran at Vieira then flicked the ball to Tonetto, he whipped a low driven cross into the box and Totti got in front of Chivu to volley past Julio Cesar. Crespo dived to get Mexes a second yellow and Roma, understandably saved. Zanetti intercepted a poor clearance from Juan, who had just came on as a substitute for Taddei, he recovered from a dreadful first touch and before either Totti or Juan could close him done rifled a right foot volley into the bottom left corner. Only his FOURTH league goal in a decade.

Playing like this Inter haven't got a prayer against Liverpool in a fortnight. Given Real Madrid's sudden collapse (due to Robinho's injury) Roma have their best chance yet of beating Real Madrid.

Attendance : 48,717
Red Card : Mexes 84 (Roma)
